Instructions for cancellations or complaints

Is there something wrong with your order? Or do you simply want to return something? No problem! This is how it works: For faulty products or complaints please contact our Service Team by email at hello@mulinu.com.

If you want to cancel your purchase within the first 14 days of the purchase date, proceed as follows:

1) Print out the following form, complete and enclose it in the package: click here

2) The shipping costs for the returns are not covered by MULINU. We recommend for your protection to ship the package insured. Please send the package to:

3) We will let you know when your package arrived and refund the purchase. The repayment is made in the same way as the payment was made by you.
